Upskillz sets platform rules to keep learning safe. Upskillz is a marketplace, not a school: the duty of care rests with participants and, for minors, their parents or guardians.

Keep it on-platform
Booking, payment and messaging happen on Upskillz. Soliciting off-platform contact — especially with a minor — is prohibited and may lead to removal.
Minors
"Minors-verified" means additional documentation was reviewed at a point in time; it is not a safety guarantee. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising a minor's participation and for deciding whether in-person sessions are appropriate.
Conduct & removal
We may remove any user who breaches these rules and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
